My journey

I started MO'ing age 8 years old. I was introduced to pornography age 13. I watched it all through my teenage years into my mid 20's. (I'm 28 now) I have been free from PMO for over 3 years. I no longer feel embarrassed or shy around women. I can talk to them with confidence and do not struggle any longer with making conversation- even asking a girl out for a date. I have had 2 serious relationships and suffered with P.I.E.D within both of them with glimpses of recovery followed closely by many relapses. It was a serious addiction. It has taken me a while to overcome MO. (I'm.nearly 90 days) I can't believe it. I know I can't afford to get complacent. I feel way more driven, more manly, train hard at the gym and enjoying life alot more (less guilt, nerves,shame, fantasy) I'm living in the real world without having to escape with self-induced orgasms. I can feel an increase In my sexual energy and I'm living my life to the full fap free and I hope it continues! Good luck to all of you on your journey. Peace!
