Relapsed after 6 days

I know how it feels to just relapsed, it feels horrible man you feel frustrated and depressed but just continue to be positive. Also do you have a accountability partner?? Having one makes things easier because you have someone to hold you accountable and also someone to talk to, when your feeling tempted. But yea don't give up, just back in January I was experiencing alot of failure, I kept relapsing over and over, I could barely go four days without looking at Porn, January overall was just a horrible month for me. But you can turn things around just like that, you have to have focus and dedication but it's possible, I believe in you man. Stay Strong

 

Don't give up, keep going bro! you will succeed and remember, failure only brings you closer to your success!
