Haha, loved Yu Yu Hakusho as well (don't know FLCL, but also liked Naruto). I've gotta admit that when I open YouTube, all the recommended videos are short clips from DBZ, Naruto or Yu Yu Hakusho, it's my way to chill.
Who else in here likes these shows or has a recommendation?

They are all great. When i was a kid Yu Yu Hakusho was my favorite anime after Dbz. Watched all Naruto last year, now its my second favorite anime. If you like animes like yu yu you should try Rurouni Kenshin. You can find it on netflix.

Day 2 check in.

Worked out at home and did some weight lifting for upper strength and worked last night. Fooly Cooly was different weird anime. Pretty good. You can watch most anime on watchcartoonsonline.io now. I use it all the time.

Day 3 check in. I would just like to say I had the strangest dream last night. Majin buu was at my work and we were best friends. Later on in the dream I was on some land. I was attempting to go super saiyan in the dream but it failed.
I felt the power flowing threw me in the dream. It was one of the best, different dreams I've ever had.

Anyway man I have a question for yeah, have you ever listened to Subliminals before?

Day 51 checking in, been in the library most of the day.
As time passes, urges come less frequently. Doesn't matter (too much...) if you relapse from now and then, you gotta forgive yourselves and don't kick yourself in the butt.

From my personal experience, don't look for X days with no PMO, take it easy, one day at a time.
Say I don't know about tomorrow, but today I'm not falling.

Greeting warriors, i am here posting about 10 days without PMO and how things are going.
(Sorry for the long post)
I would be lying to you if i said i just did this in first try. Though it is not exactky something to be proud of but i am a little bit as for the past year i have been thinking kets do Nofap and failed considerably. Best streak was 20 days and that was in january. The problem was i could not let my mind in control.
So what changed? A SIMPLE HOW? AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT.
I understood my triggers, taking my phone in with me in washroom before bathing, alone in my room and waking up late.
It was as like i was okay of feeling shot after PMO. And yeah as many of you know normal porn what get you erect and you tend to search some other 'things' you know what i mean. Then things happend i guess you can call them the realisation period that this is screwing me over.
I remembered the time when i was not even introduced to porn and what was i like.
Calm, confident, high self esteem, beloved in my class. I missed that. So i decided to join NOFAP community and i can't thank you guys enough for being so supportive.
Telling you here, if you are need help , hit me up.
So now i new what, now is the matter of how. I read this article and some reboot material that said that ''Unless there is a guy who would rather die then M, Willpower alone cannot exactly help you out. It is bound to run out at some point. So i focused on the benefits on NoFap.
1. I read reboot material every night.
2. I trained my mind to never fell to M by reading and exploring how to better control your urges online.
3. Stopped bringing my phone everywhere.
4. I stopped looking at P-subs {adult manga etc} as they can be potential start to fap.
5. I never forget the feeling i had after a PMO session.
I had to get into mindest of a warrior. And who better then Kratos from GOW series. That dude taught me a lot about your goals and mindset so i am doing that as you can see now BOY!

SO WHATS CHANGED..?
1. First you have a lot of time now when you start to just don't watch porn.
2. Motivation is there not the type i expected but 90 days are still there so thats a start. I do feel motivated better then the last time.
3. I finally had a routine, go to bed 11.30 wake up at 6 and i am doing it without feeling tired (fuck fapping late night)
4. I do have urges bit now i have better control and commitment to myself that no means no.
5. Its a start to eat better, sleep better. Have better relationships.
6. Having conversation to persons that i wasn't intrested in talking before. Socially its better.
7. And importantly you see that tmyou are growing, you feel a bit respect for yourself. Yeah you can do it bud. You believe in yourself.
Amd that's a good start folks. I read about this sperm absorption things and its benefits so i am pumped about it.
I will win, that the mindset. That is the mindset of a warrior. You have to have this mindset too.
I will be posting day 20th journal so let me know if i should.

I looked at it and i was like how fucking unrealistic this thing is. That will never actually gonna happen. Its just lust all over the place.
I was turned on, and then in the back of my mind, something said no, stop it, we have bigger things to achieve. This is not how this will go down. This is not how our streak will end. It was my warrior mindset talking to me ATM. I turned it off amd went to bed.
And again my mind was like hey, you saw that alright why not just finish this and that wont hurt. And yeah i did opened it again, completed 1 chapter then another but again the same thing happend and i remembered the quote
"WE WIN BECAUSE WE ARE DETERMINED, DISCIPLINED.!"
and that right there was enough i was like fuck you i am not gonna see this.

So WHAT IS A WARRIOR MENTALITY.?
1. The though of I have to get better and you (urge/ PMO) are in the way. The mindset which is hellbend on making yourself the best version possible.
A warrior is someone who conquers himself before an enemy.

2. Fighting urges with positive self talk.
Some of us dont have a long term approach to solution. We dont think about it. That is what we lack. Instead of focusing on a feeling of high 9 seconds we need to learn more about what we will be if you a certain action and its impact on future. " A warrior focuses on long term goals.

3. This did not came just overnight. I had to build it by reading rebbot materials and success stories every night. I did it the last time too. Thats how i was able to calm myself.
A warrior always keeps his skill sharp and trains his mind everyday.

4. I understood what made me fap in the first place, triggers as you know. I thought and make plans to overcame it.
A warrior always knows his weakness and turns them into his strengths.

5.Even if you do relapse if alright.
But remember this -
A warrior always learn from his/her mistakes and dont let them happen twice.

A calm, logical approach and positive self talk is the best way to start your journey.
Good luck boy, the road ahead is long but with consistency, the self discipline, the determination, one can do anything.
YOU MUST NEVER FORGET THAT.!!

Day 54, my powers are starting to rise, closer to turning to Super Saiyan 2 (my NoFap life record was 60 days, hope to surpass it).

Yesterday had the weirdest wet dream, dreamed that I bought a new phone and with it came a bunch of Porn Apps already installed, then a video appeared and I saw it a bit. In the dream I thought that this is BAD because I just missed a 50+ days streak and had no idea what to tell my fellow Fapstronauts.

Anyone has an idea of what the dream's meaning is? Feeling a bit disturbed in here...

I had the same dream last night. I recently saw gameplay of Detroit become human, where androids starts to feel out of there programming and sumhow i had a android (in the dream) and i was making her... Blow me.. i guess. Which sucked btw. Almost a wet dream. Dont want that anymore for sure
