My names Sol, I'm 19 and I'm currently a university student. I've struggled with porn addiction for a while now. I started mastrubating around the age of 12 or 11, but not to porn but when I started getting older porn became a big part of it and eventually it was a every day thing for literally years. When I was around 17, started I had trouble staying hard, at first I thought I was only just nervous, but this has happened on multiple occasions. Its come to the point where I've lied to my friends and even brother about losing my virginity; every sexual encounter I have, I have had to use the cold as an excuse or "I can't get hard when drunk". Its bothered me for a while, but recently I've started seeing someone and I know as our relationship grows, it will get more sexually active, so I've decided to delve into the challenge of nofap not only for her but also for myself and my own state of mind. I'm going to do standard nofap for a week to see how it goes, and hopefully will be able to do a month after that, and then try hit that standard 90 day mark.
