Day 6/21. Was much better yesterday - didn't give in to online temptation, and managed to have great swathes of the day when I didn't ogle at all and consistently bounced the eyes away from women I was tempted to look at, and even later on I didn't look back at women who crossed my path. I feel back on the horse. Let's do another day like that!

Keep on going! Your attitude is the right one - there's no use beating yourself up over relapsing. Instead, after relapsing, go stand in front of a mirror, look yourself in the eye, smile, and say clearly to yourself "I am a human and I make mistakes". Say it over and over until you stop feeling bad, and feel either neutral or positive about it. That way you won't have such an emotionally strong association to relapsing and you won't obsess over it as much - it's all about focusing on what you want to gain, rather than want you want to get rid of. I find affirmations like that help a lot.

Do take a moment to think over the process that led to the relapse though - what was the chain of events that led to it? What small decisions did you make earlier in the day, or even the day before, that took you a step closer to it? What are you going to do this time to avoid that happening again?

Sad to say it but I relapsed once again. It seems pretty difficult for me to get any good momentum going after the first couple days, for some reason. The urges tend to build and build rather than slowly fading away. Sorta like an addition by subtraction kinda thing. But this is for the sake of my future growth and long term well being, so I’ve GOT TO find a way somehow. Day 0 begins tomorrow

I am NOT going back to that old way of life.
Keep trying mate, it gets easier! Maybe not every time, but over time you will make that breakthrough. Sometimes it is two steps forward and one step back, but you have started walking down the right path, and that is the important thing ;)

Day 7/21. Did quite well on online temptation, even though there was a moment in the morning when a couple of thumbnails popped up on my Facebook - closed them and returned to what I was doing - and in the evening when I was feeling cravings for P-Subs - managed to say 'no' and do something else. Was good on the ogling front too - sometimes my eyes were drawn to people, but not for long, and I didn't look back around at people. Let's keep this momentum today and do even better.
