    10 days in, lost over 2kgs, sleeping like a log after years of chrinic insomnia. Had some urges going to bed.

    Last couple of nights, had some very odd dreams. Not sex dreams but more dreams about intimacy more than rutting like a wild animal. Wome up with some serious morning wood and almost had a reset, but after 10 days hardmode wasnt giving that up!

    11 days in, was given some serious temptation yesterday afternoon, very serious temptation indeed! Didnt give in.

    Put a kilo back on but my metabolism is screwed from years of epilepsy medication, going to do some serious exercise this afternoon.

    11days, should start seeing some real results soon!
