  1. Day 2:

    22 km cycling
    200 sit-ups in 10 minutes (during lunch)
    100 sit-ups in 4 minutes (in the evening)

    Now focus on dips!

  2. Day 3:

    * 25 minutes morning workout and stretching
    * 300 dips in 28 minutes, divided over 26 sets (morning)
    * 300 sit-ups in 20 minutes (afternoon)
    * 324 sit-ups in 16 minutes (evening)

    So a total of 624 sit-ups and 300 dips today. I hope I will get some muscle soreness!

  8. Day 4 - rest day. Rest days are indeed boring but I have realised I will need at least one per week and train harder the other days.

    * 30 min morning exercise
    * 1 hour slacklining

    Yes, rests are very important.
    How have you built up to such a high volume of dips? I can crank out maybe 5 of them. lol :D

    Cheers!

  10. I happen to have a place at home in the kitchen were it is perfect to do dips! This is exactly where our kitchen towels are. So from the habit changer challenge, I started with a new rule which read "After I have used my kitchen towel, I will do five dips.". Suddenly I did 50 dips spread out over the day, every day. I've been doing this for two months now. So in that way I guess I've gotten used to do a bunch of dips :D

    So now I just maxed out: I wanted to do 300 dips in a concentrated amount of time, so I did sets with 8 to 14 reps, every minute until I reached 300. I haven't done this before so I am quite excited to see how it will improve until next time.

    I haven't decided yet but today or tomorrow I am going to max out on pull-ups again :)

    Greasing the groove fella. Big believer in this. Get the volume in, crank out the reps, doesnt matter if it takes you 15 minutes or 15 hours, get them done!

    Yesterday 1275 prisoner squats and 350 push ups using Juarez valley technique. Even able to throw in some clapping push ups, not been able to do them since my mid 20s.

    Tonight aiming 1275 squats, 550 push ups and throw in some burpees.

  16. Day 8: rest day.

    * 80 minutes walking
    * 17 km cycling

    I just realised I’m not satisfied enough with Tuesday’s workout. My body just didn’t feel sore enough the day after. When I have a pull-up or dips day, I apparently have to do many more of them and I need to work for many more hours. That’s just the way it is.

    Anyhow, today my body is completely f*cked up from yesterday’s sit-ups! Feels great! :D

    By that time I would recommend you doing weighted dips/chins. You will save a lot of time and progress faster.

    Cheers!
