    Man, iv'e been reading book on supply for years, tried many diets (also vegan), and you don't know shit what you are talking about, and plus, you don't experienced it yourself.

    The page you linked is the most ridicolous thing ever, can't you see that is just advertising?

  2. That link says very little beyond that more people are eating plant based diets compared to previously. It says some people have excelled in their fields when on plant based diets but it does not prove that they are excelling because of their diet. One of the people it mentions still eats meat.

    If you look at the link from an evidence based perspective as to why we should eat vegan and why it’s better for us, there is little there if anything. As someone who can’t touch dairy, I can confirm that it’s not as easy to get everything you need from other sources. You need to take supplements or be very careful what you eat to ensure you get the key nutrients you’re missing.

    It’s inevitable that the world will become more plant based in its diet due to the problems of feeding an ever increasing population and I agree processed sugar in the amount people are eating is not good for you, but as for meat and dairy we are omnivores and we need a balanced diet. It’s possible to get that vegan, but it’s not easier and it’s not proven that it will make you better at sports etc.

    Yes, i tried vegan diet for a year, you see improvements at first, but then the problems starts...
    You also can go to the gym and be vegan, but obviously you can't be a pro bodybuilder and be vegan.
    Human body is made to eat meat.
    And when you do heavy sports, vegan diet is not enough, you jave to buy a lot of expensive products for integration.

    Man didn't evolve eating only plants, it's the contrary.
    I would say vegan diet is ok for spiritual purposes, but it's terrible for sports. It's also really expensive...

    but what if we abstain ourselves from eating dairy products how are we supposed to overcome the loss we already made to our body in the form of excessive masturbation and dopamine wastage. How will we increase our dopamine levels?

    Your question is quite confused. You don't eat dairy product to increase your dopamine levels.

    Anyway, dairy is actually bad, it's not good for humans, you shouldn't eat milk or eat any kind of dairy. Cow milk is for cattles and nothing else, we are totally different, we don't have 4 stomach like cattles have. And man actually never drink and use milk so much in history like the last 70 years, pasteurization has been invented in the 50's, that's when milk started being a thing.
    Unfortunately human body is totally not made for cow milk or any other animal milk...

    In italy pasteurization of milk was introduced in the 30's, but pasturized milk start really getting diffused in the 50's.

    Anyway, before that, man didn't drink even remotely as much milk and dairy as today, because it was not diffused. Milk and dairy are ailments the human body didn't evolve to use, they started to get diffused when pastureized milk got diffused, and only then milk could be conserved and largely distributed. It was the 50's in italy, i don't know about murica.
