Many sexual words are used as an insult. It does not make them "a pathetic thing". Here are some examples...

"You knob/prick"; "You dick"; "You dickhead"; "You pussy"; "You cunt"; "You fuck"; "You arse"; "You arsehole"; "You tit"; and "You wanker".

If you compare the list (above) to the body parts and activities, it becomes apparent that they are not pathetic things at all: "You penis"; "You glans penis"; "You vagina"; "You sexual relations"; "You buttock/bottom"; "You anus"; "You breast"; and "You masturbator".

Is there anything pathetic about these things? Not at all. But you have a narrow point you are trying to make. So, using pejoratives as a way of describing masturbation is a sign of desperation or clutching at straws. Your logic is totally false.

 

Your analogy is false and incorrect.

"Wanker" refers to an act or a state of being, as is "cuck", they are insulting because what the person is doing is pathetic. The insult is derived from the act itself.

The words you listed aren't pathetic or acts.

You have no point, "to fuck" is not inherently pathetic, it just means "to have sex". You can't insult someone by telling him/her to "go have sex" (unless it's implied he/she doesn't get any) or pick on him/her because he/she had sex.

"Wanker" as an act wasn't anything BUT an insult because masturbation has been considered lame and a disorder in most cultures. You also have examples in this very thread that in Romanian and Greek it has the same purpose.

"To fuck" is not inherently insulting. It just means "to have sex". "fucker" is a derivative and makes no sense.

 

It really is much more of a choice for women than it is for men. A woman, if she wants, will always find men interested to have sex with her and ready to jump at the opportunity. A man will usually have a much more difficult time finding interested women. That's why for men it's usually desperation - because he can't get it other way.
