    Hi guys.

I'm 23 years old and I have been addicted to porn for a couple of years now. I relapsed about 2 hours ago and decided to join this site and its great that there is a community I can reach out to because I really need it right now!

I am going to beat this addiction starting now. I am going to put in all the effort and determination I can muster. If you guys have any tips or strategies that might help that would be incredible

As I said in another thread, try to control your gaze. Avoid looking at ads in the newspaper or on TV that fuel your sexual appetite. If you're at a gym working out, you know there will be women there wearing yoga pants and other types of clothing that are not modest. Don't look at them.
