New and Need Help

Hello all,

So I'm 29 now and for over 15 years I've been a porn addict. I have been with my girlfriend for 6 years and I have NO IDEA what sex feels like.

My girlfriend would put out weekly and I noticed that I could never get it up, she didn't mind, but I do. It's been 6 years of me wanting to have sex with her so bad but never able to get it up or keep it up. If I get lucky enough to get inside her vagina I CAN'T FEEL it and I get soft in her vagina and stop.

For 6 years I told myself it's porn induced erectile dysfunction. I see a therapist for this issue and he told me about NoFap.

I want to go 90 days (and beyond if I can) without porn or masturbation. I just want it to be my girlfriend, no porn, no imagination and no masturbation. I want to get acclimated to REAL SEX.

My porn addiction made me skip classes to the point where all I do is get academic warnings and I recently lost my job. I lost my job because I was always late for work because I NEEDED to look at porn before my shift. I stopped showering and taking care of myself. I have gingivitis, I didn't even bother with hygeive, I just sit up in my room like a goblin and fap a day. Has anybody else let their hygiene go from this addiction?

Anyways. I am ready to get my sex life together and my life in general.


But I have so much doubt. Basicly I want people to let me know that if I start this I will finally be able to have sex successfully. If I quit the porn and masturbation and only have my girlfriend be my sexual outlet Will I finally end the ED? Will I finally be able to have real sex?
