    Hi, I stop PMO for more then 4 months, I tried to sleep with girls during the past 3 weeks unable to obtain a erection for more than 1-2 min...., I want to try blue pills with small dosage, is any body bought thoses pills on the internet without prescription ?

    Do you exercise and eat healthy. Maybe there is a natural way to help your addiction. Or Kegel exercises to help the body to maintain an errection?

    Im from québec in canada, I don't know if it's the same than in USA, Yes I try pelvic floor exercices, I eat well and exercices often, the problem seems to be psychologic.
