  1. It's hard to believe I'm still in withdrawal flatline close to 11 months hardmode. I'm still shaking, eyes twitching, anhedonia, muscles spams, cloudy head and a lot more....
Anybody on this forum still having withdrawal symptoms? Let me know!

  2. I still had some level anhedonia, and weak muscles at 11 months mark, and cloudy head.

All i can tell what helped me, avoid EMFs = faster recovery. For me that is a game changer. Spending some time in forest where no EMFs barefoot can reset my nervous system.

  3. Hang on man. Coming up to 20.5 months and I still have minor symptoms. Them symptoms will decrease the further you go I had all of them really bad at one point apart from shaking and now they're barely noticeable. Keep going.

Well I just hit eight months hard mode. The last month I was getting good morning wood, no anhedonia at ALL for the last two months at least and maybe a bit of anxiety here and there. Still sleeping good. HOWEVER, I feel the last couple of days now have put me in flatline. Morning wood isn't as great there anymore, my thoughts are a lot cleaner now by the way so probably the reason for the flatline. Still working out and going to work. I know people have said PAWS will come in and out but didn't expect it too because I was keeping clean from all activity, except for some edging I did twice the last two months. Keep on going, it will get better. I am actually 40 so not sure how old you are or how long you have been addicted. It is tough having all those symptoms still at 11 months but you are doing good man. Try to seek out anything to alleviate those symptoms. Meditation, exercise, walking outside. I assume writing or reading is of no good at this point with the symptoms.

Good job on 394 days Tantus!! You know I went to Colorado for a weekend retreat, came back home and now in a flatline like the beginning. I was surprised the PAWS would come back but morning wood is not the same and some anxiety crept back in. How long does each flatline last you think .

  6. Yeah flatline back n forth....
The thing is pmo messed up my dopamine receptors, my hormones which caused chemical imbalance. I was at the peak when my reproductive hormones were about to change to active. That's when I started pmo heavily(early 20's to late). I tried to stop by mid's but couldn't stop. In 2016 I had the chance to stop everything but beaten by an urge. Also I thought I could go back once in a while(big mistake).

Yeah, I was surprised it happened. The only thing I can think of is that I was on a weekend retreat with group of guys for spiritual reasons. The last day was this really energetic day of affirmations and my excitement and energy was high. I am wondering if all that dopamine from all these people caused me to hit rock bottom because I am not always use to that much high stimulation from so many people. Dopamine probably spiked too high most likely.

  8. Thank you! Congratulation for you too!
I know what you mean, enviroment = trigger. I would say flatlines for 1-2 weeks now, then good days, but hard to tell. I do not pay much attention lately.
