Me too. I am 30 now and i had my first wet dream around 100 days into nofap!!

I think, while it might not be beneficial, it’s showing that your body is having to get rid of seman in a different way than it’s used to. Meaning your body is starting to make changes because of lack of MO. It’s not great to have wet dreams every night, but I think people kill themselves over having them every once in a while.

I may be wrong, but that’s at least how I’ve always viewed it.
