I managed to arrived to 90 days, and I really felt the benefits. However the last 8 days have been surprisingly hard (after the 90 days).

My strategy for avoiding relapsing was to 100% convince my impulsive-self how pmo is going make my life miserable and it worked, but now that I reached my 90 days goal, my impulsive-self is asking "Ok, you made it to 90 days, clearly you could make it again, so why not pmo just once?"

In other words, I'm trying not to relapse, but I can't find any totally convincing foolproof reason not to do it if I now proved that I could make it to the 90 days again.

It's like when an ex-smoker sees a cigar and says "just one is not going to hurt", I need a reason to believe it's not worth it.

Clearly you have no idea why you did it in the first place.
Look, you can MO. But P badly messes you up. MO also has negative consequences - if you MO with fantasies, you'll just end up craving more and more, until you'll very likely fall back to PMO.
P is the main issue here: PMOing causes a dangerous Flux in your dopamine release levels, it causes you to have false expectations in relationships, to objectify women, etc.

Why look at pixels on a screen while rubbing yourself, then have to clean up afterwards?

Why feel like shit because of it?
