  7. Yes and no. If we are to have a unilateral world the US (or the EU if the "European army" ever becomes a reality) is probably the least awful candidate for the top superpower spot. But that doesn't mean that the various invasions and CIA shenanigans are acts of love and peace which ought to be celebrated.

Nice, @Mr. McMarty. Exactly. Quite distasteful, engendering a less-sovereign nation with international politics. Americans require freedom.

We don't want to call ourselves perfect at telling other nations how to behave with possible exceptions for human rights violations that cannot be ignored. Other nations don't want to be told what to do; okay.

Oh, China! China was the most horrific state-sponsored offender of human rights against babies and women in the past 100 years. Wars were worse in Africa and brutal in the Southeast, but that's not the same machine of State. Yes, they've improved over time. Via the virus of industriousness and the opposite idealogy of communistic anti-religious thinking. How long ago was foot-binding a thing? Was that okay? Killing girl babies en masse? Fostering the penultimate depravity, killing the most innocent of all, little tiny children. And, no we couldn't necessarily have stopped it all there or elsewhere. But, not forgetting history helps to frame a dialogue about who accomplishes what.

Other than that, if the EU wants to become a thing with an army, let them. We're not afraid of them. God is on our side, if it comes to us vs anyone else. Let them all mock for this saying. Still remains true, and evidence pretty much shows this for those with open eyes. Or, let them join us in a renewed world of respect for God-given morality and not this disease of subjective agnostic hand-washing. Intentional reference, as these are they same that let Christ die. With a gesture and a whim, despite the plea of a wife and no sane justification. Now, they nations Socialist united abandon the memory of God and the flood and Moses and Jesus and any other inspired thing. Biblical curses fell on most of the rest already, one wicked nation fighting against another. Abraham asked to save cities based on numbers of righteous believers. It doesn't take that many to save a nation, but it takes enough salt with savor or else destruction awaits.

  10. Elegantly put. I wonder if we are still a godly nation? Does the blood of aborted babies cry out to God from the dumpsters of our country? Perhaps we are now under his wrath? Indeed I wish for an end to this tech state and a revival of the church. Maybe an asteroid from the heavens will set us on the path to redemption?

  11. What does the Apostles' Creed mean when it says that Jesus descended into hell?

Abortion! The genocide of our day indeed. Let us never touch it and never be caught excusing it or diminishing evils tolerated by those buffeted by the false doctrines of the evil ones. Let the Christian mind never be influenced by the political correctness of our day. Let conscience never be under the shadow of the Empire. What heavy price in hell is deserved by the unrepentant, and heaper greater for their mocking of all that is good and innocent?

  14. Every President Recited The Apostles’ Creed Except Trump, And People Definitely Noticed. Footage from the event shows much of the church, including the former presidents seated with Trump, standing to recite the profession of faith . Trump and first lady Melania Trump stood, but did not recite the creed, which was written in the program, nor did they sing the hymns. WHY?????????

Not sure I would. Just saying.

But: If this surprises you about that man's morals, then there's bigger issues with your observation than this little speck.

I like that they stood. Doesn't that show tact and humility, even if this event isn't their cup of hot cocoa? Also, if it isn't, wouldn't we all prefer honesty and abstentia to hypocrisy?

  16. Three options.
    1. Chump's a Muslim born outside of the US.
    2. Plump doesn't remember the creed and can't read.
    3. God doesn't exist and Dump doesn't bother to pretend otherwise.

  17. My opinion is he not a religious guy and didn't want to fake it. Didn't want to make a show of it. Or he confused the line about the holy catholic church with the RCC. As protestants, we consider the HCC the universal church with the RCC included in that.

  18. Is the concept of anarchy and zero state control anti biblical?

  19. Yes, it is.

  20. That’s a nice thought but it cannot be reconciled with the other marks of the Church such as: One, Holy, etc. The oneness Christendom enjoyed for 1500 years came from its orthodoxy which came from the infallibility the Church has in faith and morals. There is hardly a oneness between Catholics/Orthodox, Protestants, and other professed Christians nowadays. This fluster cuck was not what the writers of the creed meant when they said One, Holy, Catholic Church and I think it would be dishonest of any Christian to say it was.
