    I know it's pretty hard, actually it's the hardest thing you can do. But do not let the banal wish being able to move closer because then you would let the temptation take over you.     check in day 10, tinnitus is actually mad loud tonight. can't hear anything but loud high pitch tone lovely. Some people have music or a tune though at least it's not that.
