If you relapse now... This things happens when you relapse

    If you relapse now:
    • The brainfog will return
    • You will get tired
    • Your energy will dissappear
    • Your anxiety will return
    • Your progress is gone ( Even if it is just two days, it's still progress.)
    • You will feel very weak and bad
    • Confidence gone
    • You will have lost the time of your day you spend doing it (searching + fapping)
    • Your addiction will have beaten you
    • The motivation to do things is very low
    • Tasks where you need to use the brain, is very hard
    • You will feel very lazy
    • You will feel like a sh_t
    • Depressive things
    • Easily irritated
    • Feel empty and very tired
    Write here please other things that happens when you relapse...

    I think this can motivate us to don't ever relapse again. Please contribute to this thread!

    For me every past relapse had 1 thing in common: feeling crushingly disappointed in myself, it gets stronger with every relapse IMO.

    Sometimes things have to get a little worse before they get better. This isn't unusual.

    Also, great contribution, Targaryenn! This should be integrated into the panic button.

    I am not Easily irritated but i found the in my relationship with my wife, i can really irritate easily is i fell she doesn't understand me..

    I went 25 days days and relapsed hard. The worse part is the chaser effect. Even when you're conscious of it it still makes getting back on track difficult af.

    When you're doing no PM only? Of course that's not a relapse. A lot of people, meaning me, do still say no P, M or O is gives you best results, but you set your own goals.

    This is up to you to decide. Personally, I’m trying to refocus my desire on physical sex with my wife (away from P and solo M. So I don’t count sex with wife as a reset.
    There are some who say that complete abstinence makes your brain reboot faster, so they probably disagree with my thinking.

    30 days :'( it was sad, I relapsed 5-6 times in 24 hours after that

    I know that feeling bro. i relapsed after 135 days 5-6 times in 24 hours after that like you. We think to ourselves "I already relapsed, so lets have fun for the next couple of days and then we will start again".
    Be strong, do meditation and read YBOP ot NoFap articles and threads everyday. remember- if it very hard for you, its a sign the your brain rewire itself!
