Hi guys, I've been on here for a long while and I still can't manage to go pass two weeks before wandering back to PMO. I've tried to control my urges so many times, I almost asked myself why I even try.

But then I remember that nofap helps me become sharper and more energy-filled cuz I'm not draining my mana on P... I manageto survive 2 weeks and feel great, but then I feel the urge calling me again, and its just too easy to find ways to jerk off...

The devil in me is strong.
How the heck do you guys do it, man?

theshifter do not give up inside! Just try to find YOUR way to get a grip on your addiction.

    Try to answer these:
Do you have got an AP Partner or Group?
What is your goal and are you aware of it and how to achieve it?

I know out of my experience that it is one thing to wish for something and another to actually go for something specific.

Sending you a hug and mental power

  3. Accountability is not a magic bullet, but it sure does help. Get serious about getting honest with a small, trusted group of APs.

    Good suggestions above I think.

I'm also a believer that if I take something away in my life, that I was reliant upon to help get me through life, as maladaptive as it is, then I need something to replace it. Otherwise there's a gaping void, and it's just patiently waiting for me to relapse.

Have you got anything new you've been wanting to try? Something that is fulfilling?

    I don't have an AP
and I want to stop PMO so that I can gain back the spirit that I've lost, so I can be livelier and less depressed.
And I know exercise and trusted people are what I need right now.
I just need the motivation and resistance to avoid PMOing.

Something new? I suppose I wanted to start gyming again or exercising in general...I stopped when I started working two years ago.
If you mean something really new, I don't really have anything. Though kayaking would be something I'm interested in.

@theshifter, try to take what you can from all of that good 2 weeks and build upon it. I see many people try to reach goals, but reaching smaller ones are easier than the bigger ones, and from those easier smaller ones it would be a good idea to make bigger ones from that.

Like, instead of "reach 2 weeks no pmo" it may be better to say, "reach a week in a row where every day I think about the benefits of not pmo'ing for at least 10 minutes" and it will do you a lot of good.
