    - no sugar: day 27/30. Did not finished this 30 days, was close, but yesterday ate sugar/sweets...
However, try to focus on positive aspects this was the longest period in my life without sugar.

    - no sugar: day 1/3 (small steps, first 3 days, then 7 days if completed, etc.)
    - no watching news: day 29/30
    - semen retention: day 35/50.

My observation is that too many challenges at one time in my case did help me (was also during this time in 14 days challenges with no Facebook and no secrets - both completed a few days ago). I'll pick up 2-3 challanges at one time, which seems to work best (I am able to do this, without too much pressure).

    Have a good day.

  2. Thanks a lot! I think the last time I made a reset exactly after 22 days (after having slipped up a little bit already). Achieving one month is the next step.

I'd like to clarify that I can't say I'm consuming absolutely zero sugar in my food. (And it's not my goal either.) I'm not being super conscious of whether some dressing, for example, contains some added sugar. I'm also planning to prepare a meal with some syrup now.

It's tough to avoid sugar completely. There are so many things that have sugar. Even fruits have sugar. Therefore, my goal is to avoid refined sugar. No sweets/candies/soda/cakes/biscuits etc. When I consume dairy products, I consume it without sugar.

  5. Yeah, that's how I reasoned, too. Thank you for your response :)

  6. 130/150 - sugar only when my wife bakes
90/90 - no alcohol, challenge completed! At last. :emoji_beers:
    90/110 - no crisps
59/60 - coffee at most one per weekend
5/30 - food containing grain at most once per day

This is a big day for me: I just completed the coffee challenge and had a coffee to celebrate... and guess what? I didn't like the feeling at all. I was looking forward to complete the challenge so that I could increase my coffee intake a little bit more. Now when I had my coffee in my normal dose, I got way too stressed - a feeling that I was addicted to before but now feel disgust of instead. That's why it feels like a big day for me: I have turned my addiction around to something unwanted.

With that said, I am now starting a new intermediate challenge: no coffee until I have decided how to change my coffee intake for the next 30 days:

0/* - no coffee until a new coffee challenge is created.

I think it's reasonable. Thanks for sharing.

Congratulations!! Was it easy for you? I mean there are events, family events, etc., I decided around 2 years ago that the only alcohol I drink is beer, and aditionally not much of it. Very often my wife's brothers or her father have offered me vodka at family parties, but I said no. It is not easy, hard to understand for them, but I just don't want to drink it knowing the feeling on the next day. Plus, when was addicted to porn or gambling before, alcohol was making the addiction(s) much worse.

    - no sugar: day 2/3
    - no watching news: day 30/30 (begining of the day)
    - semen retention: day 36/50.

Congrats. Hoping to be there. As of now, I crave coffee once every 5/6 days.

  16. 132/150 - sugar only when my wife bakes
    92/110 - no crisps
7/30 - food containing grain at most once per day
0/30 - at most one small coffee per day, at most three times per week

So I'm now going to try another coffee challenge: a small cup per day three times per week. A small cup is half the size compared to what I usually drink. Hopefully this will do the trick :)

I also completed another challenge I didn't even announce that I started: I shaved my whole face every day during last month. I've had some beard for about five years and every time I shaved everything off I didn't recognise myself. Now after a month, I've gotten used to my completely shaved face so I'm continuing with shaving every morning. I've always thought it's effective to wait a few days before I shave myself but this isn't true! If I wait four days before I shave myself again, it takes longer time than four times the time it takes if I shave myself every day.

Tomorrow is my last day before vacation. Then I'm going to start a cleaning challenge. As we have kids the house is a mess all the time... In the beginning I will want to clean more, so I will think about the exact rules a bit.
