Nightfall is Serious!

    Hello,

    Hopefully you are all doing great. My longest streak was around 340 days and I didn't notice the expected results during the whole journey. It was because of the frequent nightfalls. Excessive nightfalls are same as relapse. Now don't come to me uttering your philosophy of how and why nightfalls shouldn't be considered as relapse. In nightfall you release the semen and that is same as releasing the organ after masturbation so where is semen preservation?

    I have done 49 days on Hardmode and it was extremely shocking to see the results. I was feeling like God. I didn't feel scared when I was hanging out with my friends. I could deliever the presentations like never before. I maintained high grades. During that 49 days of journey, there was no nightfall it all.

    No even after 340+ days later with frequent nightfalls I am getting weaker and weaker. My hair has started to falling down even though I am not that much old.

    No matter whatever I try, nightfalls just wouldn't leave me. I tried every method I could. Not sleeping on your back, not drinking any kind of liquid before bed, not watching pornography, no milk & eggs, waking up earlier in the morning and going to bed earlier, meditation and exercises.

    I don't know what to do. I am just totally tired of it. I even tried medicines, but those medicines caused dizziness and fatigue with 5 days of consumption.

    For the matter of masturbation and not watching pronog

    PLEASE TELL ME HOW DO I STOP NIGHTFALL FOR ONCE AND FOR ALL!

    What's gonna change then? I am endeavoring to abstain from pornography and masturbation so that I can build up my career. It's not the pornography or masturbation that is problem, but the nightfalls that wouldn't go away. I can stop watching pornography and stop masturbation for as long as I want. But nightfalls are out of my control.

    Besides, I tried affirmations and visulization techniques. Still the problem continued.

    Glad you never heard of it. During sleep nightfall happens which means you release the semen/organism unconsciously sometimes due to sexual dreams and sometimes due to for other reasons such as stress, anxiety, etc.. It's Noctural Emission.

    You can't control your nightfall so stop stressing about trying to control it, the mental energy your wasting trying to control it could even be causing more issues then the nightfall itself.

    I have had maybe 6 wet dreams in my lifetime and I am 48 years old, so it's similar to that problem. I have no idea but maybe find a doctor that may have an idea of what you could do. Exercise, diet, medication, something else maybe. You need to find that specific doctor that can help, and that can take awhile. I wish you luck.

    I know, right? The more I try to avoid thinking about it, the more it comes into my mind. Sometimes I would forget about it for days and then suddenly the word "nightfall" pops up before I go to sleep.

    I believe that thinking about nightfall is causing more problem to me. Yet it's not under my control to stop thinking about nightfall.

    Dude you are lucky. I am gonna see the doctor tomorrow as its night here. I have like 10-12 nightfalls each month.

    Relax and accept it, you said yourself its completely uncontrollable. You're a young human man with a built in sex drive, that's a fact of life, if your not masturbating or having sex your body needs to release somehow. If you purely want to focus on your career and success and being as effective as possible then focus on the things you can control and improve, just like you did with the P and M.

    That does sound a bit excessive, could be you've obsessed over it so much you've caused the thing you were trying to avoid.

    I don't even want to have sex with anyone. Nothing gives me more pleasure than trying to achieve my goals. I have shown pretty good academic performance and now there is a sudden change in grades and encounter the situations where I get confused and feel nervous due to excessive nightfalls.

    I totally agree. But what can I do? Trying not to think about it is making me think more about it.

    The difference is subtle but simple, bear in mind I'm no expert, but don't try NOT to think about it, think about something else. You could also try reframing how you think about nightfall so it doesn't cause you so much stress, look up NLP reframing techniques.

    Oh and careful with the NLP, at the point you're at I'd suggest approaching it from changing how you think about nightfall and stop perceiving it as such a great stress and obsession, rather then using it to try and hypnotise yourself into no more nightfalls.

    I encountered nightfall and made my way here. And seriously buddy it felt a lot better to talk to you. Hopefully you will soon establish control ON your urges and temptations.

    Instead of taking it as a "problem" now I am gonna see it as "normal" and feel like it's healthy to have nightfalls.

    hey man, i feel your struggle

    I was also having constant wet dreams that screwed up my reboots. even one that was for 14 months. i had none of the benifits of nofap.

    i realised it was mainly because my pelvic floor was so tense, and i could not relax it no matter what i tried. In the end i started doing daily yoga (with a focus on opening the hips and pelvis) and meditations. works a treat man.

    Now im almost at 70 days without a wet dream. when before i was having 2/3 a week.

    Ever seen this thread, specifically this part:
    It's a translation of a thread by a long-time Chinese Fapstronaut. He claims that if you do this exercise a couple hundred times a night you'll strengthen your kidneys and bladder enough to stop wet dreams.

    basic hip and pelvic opening streches, with any yoga steching legs and backs. just google it.
