Tbh the only thing I can say sounds very pretentious but it's true, the way I manage it is simply not watch porn and not masturbate, no matter how hard I want to, I just base myself that no thing in the universes is an excuse to relapse and I make NoFap my priority above everything else that exists. Also I'm Catholic and I promised my grandma who died in my first week of NoFap and to God that I would never relapse. Yes, it's true, yes I'm done with PMO until after the afterlife. I have no idea what the future will bring for me but the only thing I know is that I will never relapse. Good luck for NoFapril dude!

 

Another month, just like any other from now on, not masturbating. It's doing me good. On hard mode til 28th, but I doubt I'll be going out looking for it come those last few days.
