I understand and I think you can do it but you will realize that working on a laptop is going to be difficult for your so you will have to get some sort of accountability software to put on phone and/or laptop to stop you from going to these websites. I know, because I was heavy computer user and I was drawn to the porn because you use this technology so much you end up finding it and getting hooked on it. I use tablet and phone for may other things and then you have to just leave it at that. Get away from the technology as much as you can when you are not using it. That is going to be your biggest hurdle. You have to get into other hobbies besides being on the computer all the time as this behavior isolates us and we fall into this trap of being alone and then eventually falling into PMO. Being around other people all the time helps as well. The longer you go PMO free on this you will get your confidence back. It has been nine months for me almost and the confidence is coming back but still have issues/feelings I need to work out so I am not out of the woods yet. I still have trouble with reverting back to looking at images which tells me the nature of the addiction/OCD action is still there. This will potentially take longer to help my mind get free from this. The MO has stopped and I definitely do not want to do that anymore.

Not sure how addicted you are but you are very young and will not have many symptoms going through reboot. You have to be very focused as your mind will find it hard in the beginning. Sleep will be disturbed, brain fog, moodiness but keep coming to this site for advice and people will help you and explain to you what is going on. Start taking good care of yourself as well with exercise and eating better and recover is not so bad either the.
