Advice needed asap

    Hi guys, I’m new to the site. Came across it on google in desperation to get my issue sorted.

    I am 28 and have been with my girlfriend for 18 months, I have never once been able to orgasm during intercourse with her. I have always had to finish myself off by masterbating. It is very frustrating for me but recently she has been thinking I don’t fancy her, which isn’t true in the slightest.

    Throughout my life, I have always masterbated, potentially using death grip so now I am struggling to get the same sensation from intercourse.

    I am worried it will start to affect our relationship.

    Any tips to get this fixed???

    Well I haven't been part of the community as long as others but if your body has grown used to the sensation of masterbation you need to retrain it back towards sex. I had a similar problem, I found it much easier to finish if my SO was giving a handjob. After I stopped masterbating it was alot easier to finish regularly. I think part of that was just having less orgasms aswell, it requires alot of stimulation if you are having more orgasms more frequently.

    Update 5 days without any PMO. The last orgasm I had was on Wednesday 17th July. I had sex with my girlfriend and had to finish myself off by M.

    I’m not M anymore as it’s completely ruining my sex life. I want to feel excited by having sex with my girlfriend and I’m hoping over time, I will be able to finish naturally with her

    You will, I had DE due to death grip as well, managed to cure it by simply using a really light grip after taking a few weeks off masterbating all together. When I do get off myself, I do full, slow strokes, with a very light grip, and I don't attempt to delay finishing.

    Update day 6:

    Had sex with my girlfriend last night. Spent ages building it up rather than rushing in to anything. Got oral and was able to feel something for the first time in my life, however not sure if this is just subconsciously as I’m more aware of Nofap.

    We then had sex in 4 positions, managed to stay hard for the first 3. Was disappointed that I didn’t stay hard throughout however progress is progress.

    After my gf O she asked me do I not want to finish (I usually finish myself off by M) but I told her no as it’s important I let the feelings come back in my penis (always used deathgrip).

    Obviously the end goal is to stay hard for the full thing and be able to finish naturally but I appreciate this will take time.

    Also woke up with morning wood today (day 7). Not had that in ages!

    Day 9 - Friday 26th - had a dream last night that I was having sex with gf, never had a dream like that before. Woke up with morning wood. Later that night I had sex for ages with gf, stayed hard for the sex and lost erection a couple of minutes after stopping. Got hard as I was getting BJ, she made me cum with hand but she said it was a looser grip so I’m considering progress as my goal is to cure PIED and Deathgrip
