Darkness to light

It's very easy to say that you are very strong and can get in control of any addiction but you really get to know that when you try to quit any addiction. I was exposed to p at the age of 13 and since then I feel guilty of punishing my soul and losing my innocence but you can either have excuses or results. Don't look back because you don't belong there. You don't dwell in your past so don't overthink and just give it a try until you succeed. Rise and rise until lambs become lions. I'm currently on my 15th day and have started seeing the positive results.
1) I feel stronger and energetic
2) I feel more confident
3) My skin has started glowing
4) I feel less guilty
Some withdrawal symtoms include
1) anger and frustration
2) mood swings
3) depression at times
4) hopelessness

But it's all worth it and things are going to get better with time. I'm saying bye to this 11 year old addiction forever. Nofap I love you Nofap is the best thing that has happened to me in years
