    since you passed 90 days overall. Can you please post your experience and changes.??

    well let's begin with the problems I was struggling with in order to make you understand:
    -brain fog and inability to focus
    -social anxiety at unbelievable levels(was afraid to pick up the phone sometimes)
    -unwillingly to do anything(sports, workouts, studies, little works)
    -a bit of PIED( I mean I didn't suffer of great problems but in the periods of binging I noticed having some problem)
    -my tastes became weirder and weirder
    -was losing my hair
    -can't sleep properly
    -bad mood
    -very bad personal hygiene and personal habits(food, drink, smoke..)

    since day 80 more or less:
    -a new ability to focus and a clear mind( when I talk to someone I do not have blank eyes anymore)
    -social anxiety in general has disapperead, I mean I still suck with girls but it's a problem of mine in general, it's not that I'm afraid, it's that in the last 10 years I didn't do the practice I was meant to do so by now I need to catch up but I'm gettin better
    -I can set up always new goal and do them(2 weeks ago I had 9 days off so to test my new willpower I said to myself that I would have read harry potter's saga in these 9 days: I did in 6)
    -I workout everyday and still have all other personal goal acclompished( I'm a soccer player, a pretty good one, so also in july and august I've matches but also in match's day I workout without any problem)
    -I study 3 hours everyday and also have 1 hour ca. per day to do some new learning( MOOC, new language and so on)
    -
    -As my counter said I didn't test my pied but by now my morning woods and erections during the day are always rock hard
    -the tastes are going back to straight thinking, I was going into submission a lot and risked sometimes to go with some prostitute to fulfill my weird fantasies of submission and humiliaton, by now I just want a girl to have a good time with
    -my hair are growing again and stronger
    - I developed a good sleep habit I always sleep at least 6-7 hours per night and during the week I always wake before 7 and before 8 30 in the weekend(want to improve more this one)
    - I'm more willingly to social connection I'm in good mood most of my time, only real bad things can change it
    - I improve all my personal hygiene habits( showers that now I always do cold and it's amazing, change clothes everytime they're a little bit dirty, before I kept on also the sticky ones)
    -good food habit(fruits vegetables..)
    - quit smoking drugs since 95 days, quit alchol since 30)
