These first two days have been easy mostly because I have my girlfriend so I don't even have to think about it but I wont see her for a week but in preparation for my 90 days I blocked porn on my phone to give my self a barrier if I get an urge

It sure feels like 2 decades. But when I fap the pleasure last a few seconds. And can't wait to get more. Patience... not my strong suit. But here I am.

At 6 days. Feeling extremely tempted in the morning. About to eat then cold shower it off

 

Day 1/90 Successful. I have to honestly say that I am not productive enough everyday. I can spend more time on work rather than sitting idle or imagining whatever it is.

 

Day 3 for me. I'm all in. I'm going to make it to day 90 on my current streak. Does involuntary wet dreams reset the counter? I've read wet dreams are a part of the healing process. So it probably will occur during this streak.

It is not something that you have any control over, so no, don't worry about it.

 

4 days done. A brief moment when I was at home alone and I had one 'innocent' search, but reeled it back in and then went out. Another good day all round. Really feeling good about this. Just got to keep each day full (and interesting) and then it will be easy. Plenty of things to do and to be getting on with, so no excuse!

 

I'm going to sound like a broken record on this thread but ya gotta avoid the porn. Everyone has to in order to break free. I'm telling myself this as well as typing this response (The urges today, just, ugh!).Porn gets its claws into your brain and will not let go.
