I know it depend person to person........ BUT I just need an idea so that I can be prepared... It is a bit long post .... BUT I REALLY NEED UR ADVICE ... IT WILL HELP ME ALOT IN FUTURE to fight this battle...

1- MY FAPPING HABITS----- Have been masturbating since age of 14 ( Now 24)... daily on an average of 4-5 times ... some time even 10..... cant recall a week in which I didnt fapped.... 2 days gap was most i could handle witbout masturbating

I mostly fapped on youtube videos (mostly) , porn , pictures

2- REASON TO QUIT------- Biggest reason to quit is Social anxiety.... I feel very nervous and self concious in social gathering and public places..... ... When anyone's focus is away from me I am able to make jokes and do good conversations... but as soon as their focus turns toward me I freezes and gets blank... nothing to talk to.....
Unable to make eye contact.... espacially with girls
Second reason is Excessive lusting on beautiful girls .. even cousins and relatives.

    Feel inferior to others
    Depressed

3- MY NOFAP STREAKS TILL NOW----- Been on nofap since 16 May 2018......had done some decent streaks like days - 130, 57, 33, 43 (current)... and nemerous 10-20 days streak...... But the problem with me was When I relapsed I Binge for next 1-2 days And in those 1-2 days I fap 15-20 times (literally ) ...

4- CAN YOU GIVE ME IDEA---- so from my addiction level can you give me just an idea how much months (approx) i will require to get back to normal...... THANKS IN ADVANCE⁰

Don't really think about it. Just go do something like a cooking, take a shower or clean your room. On YouTube use motivation videos or TED videos they will help you! Don't think about girls, the right girl will come to the right place and time. My last advice is to use more time outside than inside home.

Giving your rate of fapping I’d say a good 6 months or longer.

I’m a prone masturbator and around day 80 and still having problems with sensitivity, erections, and ejaculation. It’s gonna be a long time before I’m right down there.

Don't think of it as a deadline. Else you might fall into the trap of "I'm cured! Now I can watch P safely!"

I would say you need to focus on treating your anxiety. Nofap is for curing addictions but that won't fix your anxiety. People get addictions from feeling worthless/anxious so if you treat that it should rid you of a porn addiction.

  9. You've been fapping a long time. So it might take 1 year(+) harmode for you to get better. As you abstain, you'll have to deal with withdrawals and flatline a long the way.

It's impossible to give you number. I needed 180 days + 180 days (long half a year of relapsing between the streaks) to start seeing some real improvement on mood front. With that being said as @fedmom has pointed out abstention alone won't cure your depression and anxiety. It might even make it worse (*my case). Counting days is OK, buy you need to do sooo much more, if you want to create permanent addiction free life for yourself. I won't preach you what to do, but have one suggestion; here is a recovery channel I follow -> https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZWNH10D7ztlDASSApHTzZg/videos
The owner of the channel knows what he's talking about (40/30 years of alcohol/opioid and other cross addictions). There is 241 videos and If you watch only one video daily and try to implement some advices given in your daily life, you'll be addiction free when you come to the end and transform your life in a process. Recovery is a journey not an x-day challenge.
