Why are you on NoFap? In what ways has PMO damaged you?

I did NoFap because when I one day found myself with a girl and in a situation to have sex with her my dick was completely dead and lifeless, it was the most humiliating experience of my life and it was because of the false attractions you mention, I developed PIED (Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction)

I essentially conditioned myself over the years to only be attracted to femdom and fetish related porn, to the point that it was the only thing that got me hard. I knew something was very very wrong when I was with a beautiful girl and I was limp and unresponsive below the belt and that I needed to reboot and heal myself and my warped brain/ sexual desires.

My NoFap journey took 1.5 years to return to normal function, but the journey never ends because you still need to watch yourself and maintain being clean, like an alcoholic in many ways.

 

I am lonely.
One lose dignity when PMO.
That's it.
