@motive_360 Checking in for the day. Made a major blunder today(well, 15 minutes more and I would've reset my counter), as my previously stated weakness comes and bites me in the ass today. Turns out that said weakness might not actually be my brain's inability to identify borderline stuff, but rather it's unwillingness, as in it's using this tactic to get me to PMO. Rather sneaky of my inner demons. However, I managed to escape the trap mostly unscathed(and mildly triggered). Ironically, it's the very borderline images that alerted me to what's going on before I pulled the fuck out. Since this is such a structural weakness in my brain, I'm going to counter this by not going into the seedy parts of the Internet(as in, I'm going to just stay in the parts that I alrdy know are clear of threats) for now until I grow stronger.

Hello to everyone... in my first attempt I managed to reach 111 days abstention. then I left the site in order to further my influence from the internet. but eventually the opposite happened. the next day i went into pmo two or three times and that was repeated the next day. from then on began a new no pmo period. so far I'm 83 days clean. i think if i hadn't failed that day now i would have counted 197 days and that disappoints me. On the other hand, I am glad that I was able to get up quickly and make a good effort so far. i wish you all a good fight here ... stay strong, stay together, stay online in this forum. We need its other. We deserve it.

After going on a great streak of 127 days, I lost and wasted last 7 days in bad habits, touching the lowest point again, need to get back, need to duel, I don't care stronger or weaker, I need this and I need it now

Day 7

 

@motive_360 Ouchie, I relapsed, full PMO circle this time, which makes it infinitely worse than my last fuck up. This time was a slow but gradual fall(as with most full circle relapses). Probably fucked my body up, but then, so did I fuck my body up by sleeping so late recently. Again, this time it was stress (mostly) leading to the fall. Looks like my efforts to get better at dealing with stress still haven't yielded results yet, as my methods are still evidently terrible. So, as with most of my recent stress-based relapses, it was the second day after the incident that caused me much stress, which means that while it was better, it's still there. It's probably the fact that I slightly let my guard down that made day two so dangerous. Had a lot of doubts about my current career choice and my own future, which really stressed me out and I really wanted to escape the negativity. Then, during day two, I saw the girl that I am attracted to currently(never saw her in a whole month) and my inner demons took advantage of it. The desires to 'have' her was probably the last straw that broke me. Well, tried shutting down the nasty thoughts at first, but eventually I slipped up and my inner demon's breached my defenses. The fact that my organized life got shredded to hell by the beginning of my degree program probably also help create this opening to begin with. I noticed that while most of my morality would be gone while I was puppeted, at least I now have some of them(or perhaps I just never ventured into fucked up places often enough to numb my conscience)
