Hi, I'm new to this site. I've tried stopping porn and masturbation on my own for several times but - as you may expect - in vain.
I read about this website and decided i wanna give it a try.
After watching porn, masturbating and ejaculating, i feel horrible, terribly guilt and always promise my self to NEVER do it. But a 3 days after, there we go again, the same story happen. At this point i was getting a little desperate and trying to cope and live with it. But i hope this site can help get over it.

I'm starting my 90 days challenge today. I just wanted to check whether you have tips or tricks that would help me stop this shit for real.
I hope this is a day i will always remember as it would be a life changing day. I want to get back control of my life, taken away but some porn fantasy.

Awesome! I hope this as well. Decide and do. I often look for a magic bullet, but I really think that most people know what works for them. It's all about putting together those things we already know into action. I'm new too, what day do you think will start getting hard for you?

It is easier said than done. For several times, it tried to identify where i get trapped and promised myself that i would not do it again but after a week, i fall exactly into the same traps. I've tried installiing porn site blockers on my computer, and ended up uninstalling them. Then re installing them. The same process goes on over and over again. And this is so frustrating! It's usually start in a non trivial way, and end up on porn site. Sometimes, while watching porn, i sometimes realize that i'm doing something i shouldn't be doing, but usually at this point it's too late i can't help it.

I have not been able to talk about it with anybody close to me (Neither my friends nor my family). It feels kind of embarrassing. I hope that this community will help me get off my chest and get the support i need through this journey.
So far i haven't had any difficulty as I'm only starting out today. But i bet it gonna be terribly hard in the next week. I'm looking forward to lessons i can learn from this.

I am the exact same way. About a week in. I had someone install Covenant Eyes on my electronics. But it is a like-minded friend. I have had to fess up a number of time. Hoping this site plus that can keep me on track. Got over a doosy today! Something must be working! Check out Your Brain on Porn. Good info and some shocking stuff going on in our brain right now. And I totally hear ya about the embarrassment of telling people. But it's also the biggest blow to the problem bc it loves to hide in secret.

I watched "Your Brain on Porn", Great info. I think it's partly the reason, i decided to stop for real. I've started noticing some signs like being forgetful, feeling tired all day, lack of motivation, lack focus, not paying attention and little interest in girls,.... I must stop this shit. I'm so done with it.
I really hope i can reverse the downhill i am going to and feel better about my life again. When i read about some success stories on this site, it was so encouraging and now i am more than ever determined to stop it for real.
