Well,at first it was very hard,I mean my body tended to go into dreaming about sex ,fantasizing, and some times my body saw the wrong deed as good,it was not easy,
I meditated during this year .
I did allow my guard down gradually.
I set a goal ,despite this challenge,it was a university entrance test .
I was living in a new city ,green place.
I have had many bad headaches, stomachache,
I decided to raise a puppy,it helped me a lot, but sometimes I bit him because he didn't listen to my order.but now my relationship with it is great.
The ratio of wet dream have decreased but not wiped out totally.
I can easily ignore girls ,women's ,the thing that I couldn't do .
I re educate my mind about world wide view by reading many books. At least their summaries.
I still have craving but once in a week and its weak,it is in my control.
My body and brain has chanced ,I view world differently,I mean I no longer see women base on their fitness and size stuff but by their personality.
I can set a goal and my body act accordingly in a way that no longer has unrelated cravings and thoughts .my body act goal orient bases. I can rely on its mental and physical performance,I mean its recognition and understanding has become better.
But in the past my body was unbalanced,it automatically occupy itself and the mind with fantasy stuff and wanted to m o ing.
Fortunately ,I had a great childhood ,I can think about it and bring my body to that level.it helped me a lot.
By it I think my brain still needs to be healed.
I will post other related things I undergone to beat this challenge.
Most important thing I did,was I changed my aim about sex, I no longer wanted to do it for pleasure but I decided to do it for reproduction,so I haven't had g.f in this year.

I'm sorry to have taken so long to reply to your request. I've been working some very long hours. As for urges, they are normal, natural and to be expected. We are supposed to have urges. The secret is how you react to urges. Transmuting your urges, or sexual energy, into other activities will give you amazing results. I now enjoy my urges and see them as my motivation to get other things done in my life. Many think urges are something to avoid and get rid of either by masturbation or they feel that they are something to just wish away or not exist at all simply because of being on a nofap program. I'm 51 and get random erections at various times during the day and wake up to morning wood most of the time. My urges make me feel like a real man and that makes me feel good about myself. I'd advise you to embrace your urges as a sign of success...along with the other things you accomplish in your life when you transmute them.
