2 and half years of nofap and vitamin D3

    It's been more than 2 and a half years lol and I thought I update my progress. I am now 40 years old. I have no problems with nofap and when I have sex with my GF Satine, I have hard erections. We have been together for over a year and a half. Being in a loving relationship helps. This is the biggest and most important thing in nofap

    The problem I had was, I felt like my penis is shrinking when I'm not with her. I would get hard and cum but the penis quickly shrinks. I realize I have a vitamin deficiency only recently and thought I document it and hopefully it might help others. There is two things that really helped me.

    The two things are:

    Vitamin D3 and weight training. They build up testosterone. I have taken over 8 thousand IUs of vitamin D3. You need to do your own research and talk to your local doctor. I am not a health specialist and can be dangerous if you don't have a vitamin D3 deficiency. It can lead to Vitamin D poisoning. It's IMPORTANT to speak to your local doctor.

    I only have done the experiment for 5 days and had good results. I will be adding vitamin k2 and vitamin A with it. If you plan on taking vitamin D3, you must take K2 and A.


    This is Dr Berg my favorite health advisor.

    At the moment I'm only doing press-ups and squats. This also helps but I found vitamin D3 helps the most

    Nofap helps the most and is the most important but you might as well get yourself tested to see if you are lacking vitamin D3 as well. I still doing No Porn and no Masturbation. This will be for life

    If you are 35 or 40 and over, get yourself tested.

    I like to add if you over the age of 40. Consider cleaning up your diet

    Books like:

    Wheat belly diet
    Paleo
    Gaps
    Jason Fung intermediate fasting
    healthy keto

    Anything to build up testosterone.

    Any age actually. They all help as you get older :)

    My erections have increased because of vitamin D3, I have stronger and harder DAILY morning erections. My GF also mentioned how strong my erections were after having sex. To have increased energy, you need to balance it with a good diet and the right vitamins. Yes, my energy level increased because of vitamin D3 and because I'm also eating better.

    Number one things is nofap. If after 2 years you still have erectile dysfunction problems then a lack of vitamin D3 might be the problem.

    I can't remember, maybe a year in. It would be in my journal if you are interested :) Now it's 2 and a half years and it's kind of autopilot. I stopped counting days, a long time ago and that is why I don't remember lol You know you made it when you stop counting days

    I think this is the main advice in nofap. I started working on my WHY, and now I'm on my biggest streak ever. I've withstood so many urges by just standing strong and remembering why I'm doing this.

    That's the key :) The ones who don't relapse have a strong why.

    After reading post after post I discovered many people relapse. It's like a drug problem, exactly like cocaine or heroin. If you want a normal life with strong hard erections, you must not relapse, you must have a strong why.

    If you relapse, don't get disheartened by it and strengthen your why. Anyone CAN strengthen their why. It's not too late to strengthen your WHY even more. Make it your mission in life to strengthen your WHY. This mission in itself is worth it. Over time you will strengthen your mindset.

    I realized porn is the enemy. I hate porn with a vengeance and want it banned. Even in movies. I don't see why actors have to get naked to tell a story, you can just simply imply it.

    Over time I don't hate porn as much and I don't get any urges anymore. It's kind of like something I moved on from. Life is good and you feel better overall.

    I strengthen my why just by reading post after post after post. You need to spend a lot of time reading, posting, and journaling. This is for the first year or two until everything is automatic

    If you are not journaling and breaking your thought patterns down, you will never make it. Your just wasting your time. Everyone should start a journal. It's still not too late

    Just a side note. Even though vitamin D is not as important as nofap, it is very important for people lacking in vitamins. It does cause stronger and harder erections. This is the main reason why, I posted again.

    Its true. Last year I tested my T and it was 250ish which is on the bottom of "normal".
    Recently my doctor checked my Vitamin D and i got 21ng/mL!!!!! thats insanely low!!
    So yeah dont start taking if you are not deficient

    Part of MY problem is nofap and part is low vitamin D lol. For 2 and half years I couldn't figure it out :) The problem was porn and low vitamin D at the same time.

    How are your erections now?

    looks like you are 500 days without porn. This is good ;)

    My erections were fixed long before starting Vitamin D. But I think they're stronger now
