Help - Are all sexual thoughts bad?

    I'm now 8 days into my NoFap journey and doing very well I'd say, but something new has just come up. I'm in college and away from my girlfriend (I won't see her until Thanksgiving), and I was just wondering - is thinking about sex bad altogether, or is it just the fake and gross stuff that's in porn that is bad? Sorry and I'll try not to be graphic, but I was just thinking about sex with my girlfriend in my head, and I wasn't sure if this was something that is or is not recommended when trying to reboot. Obviously it wasn't the gross, filthy stuff like porn at all, but I was thinking about the real thing (the love and everything). What are your opinions on this? Should I feel bad about doing this, and do you think this is something I should try to avoid? Just for clarity here I'm not thinking about it all the time or anything like that, but just for a few minutes and would love to hear some feedback.

    Thinking about sex in a natural and healthy way is normal... don't beat yourself up. Relax and concentrate on the fundamentals of cutting out porn and masturbation

    I think if you are away from you're Girl it's common to think about it and about Love, it would be harder if you would think only about Porn and not her. So when you think about her it's a positive sign!

    It’s totally healthy as long as you’re not obsessing in my opinion. I’m in a similar situation and I find that when I think about sex too much it really triggers me. But there have also been times where realizing that I’m attracted to a real women has felt empowering.
