I´m fighting over this more then 3.5 years with ups and downs on the road. But the worse parts where the times where i did not put on any challenge at all. I know it feels really shitty right now! Everyone on this forum knows it. But isn't that why you signed up on the first place? 22 IS REALLY GOOD! That is more then 3 weeks! If you know you can do 22 days, you can also do at least four weeks. Why not make that a challenge? Check in everyday, get motivation from reading other post, and i believe you can do this!

 

Don't give up brother, please! it's not about winning it's about trying and at every try you get better and improve yourself. The simple fact that you are here in this community trying to fight the pernicious snake of addiction and destruction shows that you are brave and willing to be a better person. Most people don't even think about that! You are a warrior and you are worthy.
22 days streak is already a feat especially for an 18 years old man (according to your profile) at the peak of his hormones, you have to be proud of that. At least I am for you.

Could you be more precise on why do you feel broken as you evolve through the process? And don't worry about god, he will always love you as you are, and so you can. Accept yourself with your issues, the most important is to be conscious of your problems and addictions and work on them to be a better individual.
I lost so many years blinded by PMO, marijuana alcohol and shit but now I'm awake and I want to fight this misery.

Dude, its just a setback, nothing more. We all are in this fight together. Im 37 and started nofap just this year. You are 18. even if it takes 2 years, you are still ahead of me 17 years. Dont give up now. Yes this thing causes quilt and Shame, and thats why you have to fight it, to be free of Shame and quilt. God loves you no mather what, we are all sinners. You haven't been defeated until you decide that you are. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back in the game. Be angry if you want, be sad about how porn has corrupted you, and let it torment you. But know that you have access to one thing that most people are unable to see - the truth. The only way to win is to fall down enough times to face the pain and realize that you are better. You're 18 OP, you can do this. Theres no sense in giving up, especially just like the other poster said - YOU KNOW THE TRUTH. You are majorrly ahead of the curve for your age and your streak already speaks power. Keep going man and fight. I promise you will be proud that you did. You for sure have it in you. You're a fighter like all of us.

ya that's what I love about this site. And I realized awhile back it can be a good thing you are addicted to this site, since in a way you're replacing addiction to pmo with another healthier habit

 

You arent a disgrace to anyone, we will never judge and will support you all we can no matter what. Also god doesnt just see your actions, he sees the content of your character and soul, surely if you're struggling with this but not giving up because you want to be better, he knows that, and it's an honorable character trait. It took me over 3 years to hit 22 days, you did it in 8 months, you're killing it, get back on a streak and you'll bounce back quick after such a decent previous run
