Been away again, so now have 3 days again. Plus I had sex! Although managed to pretty much self sabotage myself by binging before I went away to see someone, knowing that I was planning on hooking up. Luckily it wasn't a complete disaster, but I wasn't great either. Some lessons to be learnt there for sure. It had been nearly a year.
Could not stop looking at gorgeous women everywhere. Real women are where it is at. Just need to not let the frustration get the better of me/you and turn to the computer, because that is never good.

Me three, since I failed the Christmas challenge already no matter, I am back in it.

You will never see me report a relapse on this thread because I will not fail. I know what I need to do and I'm aware of all the pitfalls. I have total motivation and discipline. Who's with me?

 

You'll figure it all out. Take it one day at a time.

5/90...only 85 days to Christmas Day. Posting like this and reading about good progress from my fellow brothers only does good...

Day 79 weight training (3X/wk)
Day 17 reduced alcohol, caffeine and sweets
- feeling like I want to nail this 90 day down before 2020 rolls around so I can start the new year with something good...under control sexual urges and no PMO
- time will tell if my mid brain hijacks my frontal cortex into doing something I don't want to do
- I need to succeed for my family as my dopamine caused mood swings are hard for them to take
- I am also doing it for me so I don't have to fantasize anymore about porn when having sex with my wife
- now is the time to give my brain a break and a chance to reboot
- your brother in this struggle
