    Welcome TS! I would recommend starting out with the 1 day or 3 day challenge first, and work your way up. Much better for building momentum and getting some wins under your belt! Good luck!

    You are the first person I am talking to over this forum. I have gone for a week many a times, but not for 2 weeks in 6 months or so. I thought I should be challenging what do you think, should I consider reducing it.
