I don't know if this is a big deal. But recently I started watching some videos of people twerking and dancing in a sexy way, I also just go on YouTube to see some butts, not naked ones. I get hard when I see it, but I don't touch myself.
Today I was stressed and when I watched a video I felt better. Maybe this is a scape mechanism, I don't know. Maybe this is bad because it's making me objectify people's bodies? And this is what porn does, too. I think I should stop, but recently it's being hard. I just hope it doesn't count as porn. What do you think?

It's not porn but its about the closest you can get to it without actually watching porn. Ultimately you have to ask yourself "is this going to help my reboot or not?", the answer is clear and you should probably try to avoid it. Anything where you are intentionally seeking out sexual stimulation regardless of whether its porn or not isnt going to help, its like an alcoholic who drinks whiskey or vodka trying to end their addiction by drinking beer instead, sure it's got less alcohol in it but it's still alcohol

  3. I'd tell you one thing. Watching those things will lead you to watching dirty things.
You see youtube has restrictions on nsfw content but your mind is telling you let's just watch something good since we can't watch P*.
So your mind is gonna stay on YouTube for stimulation and one time you are going to fall on some crazy things on YouTube like innocent nudity and it's going to lead you to failure.
My advice...STOP IT AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
IT IS THE SLIPPERY SLOPE AND THAT IS HOW IT BEGINS.
SLOWLY TILL THE END FULL OF SHIT.

Thank you for that, I'm not doing it again.

I guess I was going on a path that would lead me to failure... Not gonna let that happen! Thank you very much for clarifying things

  6. This is peeking and always leads to a relapse, i know this from experience. You should stop watching that, because it is also a porn substitute.

  8. I will sometimes catch myself kind of pretending like I am not going to look at something sexy or hot - and I kid myself by saying it isn't porn - but the effect is the same and it's always a prelude to a relapse.
When I gave up porn I didn't realize I'd also have to give also give up videos or images that never would've got my heart racing before. Live and learn.
