    Check in. My highest score is day 47 (I relapsed during day 48). So a new record is completing day 48 (when the counter says day 49). I'm going to celebrate somehow on day 50. Does anyone have a recommendation for a small celebration? Usually, I would buy some pastries, so I might do something similar.

    Went out yesterday, so I missed to check-in...

    Saturday:
    NoPMO:     Day 13
    Productive Days from that: 6
    Nothing special, met some friends, talked a lot, was a nice evening.

    Sunday:
    NoPMO:     Day 14
    Productive Days from that: 7
    Get up early, worked out, went to the sauna and read for around an hour - good day so far.

    Two weeks done, no urges in these last few days, yet I feel the urges are coming back and are increasing. However I keep going!
