Hi all,
I want to join 30 days challenge.
I am disgusted, devastated by this bad habit. SIN.
Hence, decided to deal desparately with this bad habit.
Accepting the 30 day challenge.

Today day 0:
In last 30 hours i have done it 6 times. It's enough man. I am getting tired worried of this.
Yes I want to win over this.
We all should win over it.
We all will win.

Day 23 Apologies for not checking in more often. I'm feeling stronger now. The desire to fap is weaker, but still there.

Stay strong everyone. If you feel the urge to fap, slowly count backwards from 10 to 1. On 'one' just get up and move on with something else. Later, examine where that urge came from and how it made you feel. This worked for me a few times.

 

Day 7 now

 

Day 6 of this challenge feeling exhausted but better at the same time keep going everybody!

Reset yesterday. Day 1/30 today.

Feeling great, clear mind Performance in my fitness routine is insane. Preforming much better at work. I'm more happier then before. I want to feel like this all the time. So I'm gonna keep doing what I do. I'm gonna keep moving towards the future and leaving the past behind me ✌️
