Absolutely sugar withdrawal exists. When I cut it I suffered many weeks horribly with mood and sleep. It's an awful drug that messes the brain up. Sugar is everywhere and people dont even realize that they intake so much more of it than they need. Natural sugar in fructose is all the sugar you should be ingesting daily (2-3 pieces of fruit or 2-3 cups of berries) for the average male consuming 2,000 cals a day.

Are you serious? I probably consume more than that in my first cup of coffee each morning! Lol. Kidding (maybe, I dont actually know what that adds up to in literal solid sugar measurements).

They're not quite the same. Like drugs or PMO, sugar spikes dopamine release in the nucleus accumbens. The difference is that orgasm releases cocktail of brain chemicals like oxytocin and vasopressin which have analgesic properties, not just dopamine spike. But sugar is addictive, there is no doubt about it. Thta's why I stopped eating anything with refined sugar in it during my PMO recovery once I noticed my body wants to exchange PMO with sugary fix. Brain doesn't care where it gets it's dopamine fix as long as it gets it. This is called cross-sensitisation (the notion that one addictive substance predisposes someone to becoming addicted to another).)
