oh yeah, man! there is no other place like this! Ive tried a discord, which was mostly kids around 15 years of age fucking around saying stupid things! These forums are the best thing for us nofappers!

 

I'd like to participate in 7 days challenge. It's day one for me and it'll be more motivational for me if I had other guys participating in the same challenge

WED DAY 7/7
I made it to a week! It was filled with ups and downs. Day 4, I find is my threshold where I want to break, have urges and want to beat off, view porn, online escort listings and ultimately visit an escort or massage parlour.

Luckily this month and weekend, No But November has been my driving force along with being intimate with my fiancee this past weekend .

If you're on the path, stay the course, fellas.
1) Keep your goal in mind
2) Consider the impact of PMO beyond yourself and on your partner or loved ones

I didn't realise this challenge existed can I join with my current streak of 2 days? I am in the 30 day challenge but I think small challenges one at a time would be very beneficial

Day 1 of 7 now. Today was pretty hard and more times than i would have liked i just wanted to give in and fall back into my old routine but i made it through the day, hope i can keep it up.
