Pakistani Fapstronauts

To help the people of Pakistan give up their bad habits,learn to control their temptations and develop a sense of respect for woman.
Rules :
-Do NOT post your political and religious views.This includes hatred against religious/ethnic groups , hatred against other countries , etc.
-Do NOT discourage others from quitting PMO.
-Do NOT post anything that reminds people of porn

What to do in this forum :
-Share your hobbies.Discussing healthy activies is encouraged.
-Although you are NOT allowed to post religious views , you can , however share some of them as long as they are not offensive.You may share your spiritual experiences such as visiting a place of worship , praying ,fasting , etc. as they can help people in giving up PMO.
-Write about your daily routine and post what day you are on .I will try to do it regularly and and i would like to encourage others to do it .



P.S i had created this forum because i actually wanted to create an accountabilty group for Pakistanis but i do not know how to.

Hi @KingSHM I can make a user group for Pakistani Fapstronauts if you wish. It would be easier than having a thread, you would have your own forum.

 

Guys,if you have a gym membership.than go to gym.or play any sports,like swimming,football etc.this can helps you alot..or you can offer salat five times a daily.and finally thanks to kingSMH,to create this forum..

I think you need to ask an admin about creating it for you, since it says we don’t have permission when clicking “create group”.
