Hello Spartans,

I have been feeling less interested in Nofap the last few days. I was concerned about this. Worried a relapse is coming. So I’ve been making myself come and check in and read posts. This morning I realized that part of the reason I’m losing interest in Nofap is because I’ve been so focused on other aspects of my life. I’m not so focused on ‘doing Nofap’ because I’m so focused on the gym, work, self development, family and so forth.

All of these changes happened because I started Nofap. And I’m sure they will go away if I stop Nofap. So I feel I must continue to check in and remind myself of the man I was before and keep the no pmo lifestyle.

I am very grateful to have this Spartan community in my life. Thank you all!
