My first day in NoFap

    I'm 18 years and i've been watching pornography since about 1.5 year and i began masturbating
    At first it was like every 3 months then it became every month and so on until it became every day and now i regret and every time i try to stop i relapse and now i'm feeling sad all the time

    Its ok buddy , welcome here , this site has been created to cure every one struggling with PMO , you are just 18 , life has only began , i am addicted to this habit from past 9 years and it has really ruined my life in every way you can imagine , You have the time , you have this chance , you have our guidance and our experience , we can only guide you but the final action will be yours , You can get cured , young boys like you take little bit extra time in order to recover but they do recover for sure , I used to fap for 3-4 times a day almost on a daily basis but now i am killing this habit and this time I will win for sure .

    For starters i want you to read this book ( YOUR BRAIN ON PORN - BY- GARY WILSON) , It is like a bible for fappers , you will have every knowledge you want in order to defeat this PMO , you can find that book for free on google search it . Whenever you face difficulty just message us here we all are here to help each other , Good luck , All the best , You will get healed , remember every second away from PMO is contributing towards your winning and healing process .     Thank you very much for your most helpful piece of advice , i decided to kill this habit entirely and with no coming back and i hope you would get rid of this habit soon , and i hope with your guidance and my will , i'll be able to get rid of it

    The next time you think about PMO, remember how bad you felt the last time you relapsed.

    Then move on and do something constructive --- like making a list of the things that trigger your relapse. Maybe its video "tube" sites, maybe movies or something else. Write down a list of the things that trigger your relapse. Then make a list of the things you can, and will, do to defeat the urge to PMO the next time one of your triggers arises and you are facing urges. Having a plan in place, ready to use when facing urges, is critical to defeating the urge. If you wait to think about how to defeat an urge when that urge is upon you, guess what: you will likely fail and the urge will win. Make a plan no for how to deal with urges and temptations.

    One day at a time is how we all succeed.
