Hello friends . im a 32 years old man . masturbating from 14-15 years old till now . and recently (about 7 month before )i masturbated very extremely about 3 times a night because of my own life problems . i was watching horrible videos of whipping inocent women and i don't really know why i was enjoying those videos . i'm a really peaceful man ,and i hate violence . then i got mentally sick . i went to a doctor and he gave me pills for anxiety . so i took the pills but i did masturbate with medicines and i didnt get so much better . and then i saw the idea of nofap in internet . believe me or not , i was so so stupid and fool that until then i didnt know that the root of my all problems is masturbation and porn . i started to quiet masturbation and i was succesful with only 6 days streak . i cant tell you how much happy i was just for that 6 days . i was reborn , i understood that i always lived in darkness and i didnt even know that . anyway , i couldnt stay more than 6 days and i relapsed , then started again and relapsed and .... And then yesterday i masturbated 2 times and i got back to my anxiety and depression . i really got sure 100% that this is the only reason of my misery in my life . i am 1 day free now . but i am here to go for as much as i can .i hate relapse and ejaculation . i missed that 6 day's freedom and power . pray for me my friends . i am very deep into the addiction. 17 years . that's a lifetime . :(

  4. Hi @maseh0012 , I know how shitty it feels. I used to PMO 4-5 times per day during 40 years. But this addiction can be quit, I was 3 years without doing it when I started my reboot.

It is a big step if you can understand what is triggering your urges, because this will allow you to be awake and kill those urges as soon as they appear.

I recommend you to create your own "Emergency Toolbox" with readings that can be handy to read when you start feeling urges to screw up.
I can share this post with you with my own Emergency Toolbox, it helped me a lot during the first few months, i had them in my cell and read them every time I started falling down:

I wrote some tips in this post that perhaps will help you too:

You can watch some interesting videos which are also very helpful in this post:

I also suggest you to read "Breaking the Cycle" by George Collins, it is a must-read if you are serious about getting rid of this addiction.

To get more focus and feel happier with life I recommend you to start doing meditation.. I have been using an App called Headspace for the last two months which is great if you have never meditated before. The first 10 sessions are free if you want to give a try. I used to feel a bit depressed or feeling without energy to start new projects in my life, and meditation has helped me a lot with this.

Last but not least, I would strongly recommend you to take new e-course that Mark Queppet launched in his new website, called: " REFORGED MAN: Quit porn and Master Yourself-Be a Man you Admire", it is the updated version of the e-course he used to have in NoFap Academy. It is not cheap ($200) but it is totally worth it because he gives great toold to fight PMO.You can find it here:
    https://courses.universalman.com/courses/reforged-man
You can also join his website called Patreon, where he posts great stuff for free every week, and also you can join the pay area to be part of his weekly video calls where you can chat with them in real life, get coaching and listen to other guys's stories and problems too. You can find it here:
    https://www.patreon.com/home

I hope that all this helps you to fight this shitty addiction.
    Let's keep on fighting

  8. I understand @maseh0012 , we all live under big stress.
You should try meditation, it is great to get stress out, I use an App called Headspace which makes it easy.
Also, practicing yoga, Tai Chi, going to the gym. You need to find which works better for you
And repeat yourself:"PMO is not the answer. I will get even more stressed and depressed after doing it"
    Stay strong
