    I don't like to boast....
    I am now older but i am getting more and more female looks in the gym and everywhere.
    Not average girls but super model league girls.
    Seriously . I don't like to objectify women but this is my reality. I am not taking any action bcoz i dont want to break my no pmo streak.
    I have always been average+ looking.
    I have added some muscles + some grey hair.
    P free= 120+ days
    M free = 44 days
    O free= 7 days

    There is some truth to the female attraction.
    I have seen it first hand.

    Just like any other day.
    I have done around 7 edmr sessions to change some early childhood programming.
    I have realised that with high anxiety levels it is impossible to deal with addiction.
    Anxiety is a big issue that few fully understand.
    For me it is an obsession to understand anxiety and patterns.
    It gets easier with time.
    I have joined in july this year.
    B4 that my longest streak was 4 days.
    I was addicted to p for 18 years.
    2 things worth mentioning : sports make a huge difference .
    Another thing good night sleep.
    I have quit caffeine and i take zinc and magnesium b4 sleep.

    I can second that. I'm the same age and I've been practicing "monk mode" entire 2019 plus half a year in 2017/2018 and I can relate to what you're saying.
    For some reason women started to flirt with me wherever I go. It's like they can "smell" you. I've been living quite Spartan like life this year, "dismantling my old life habits and the way I think by exercising my body 1-3 hours a day, trying to sleep enough, eat healthy, taking cold showers, meditating/praying, adopting simplistic stoic/Tao de Jing way of thinking and living, but I don't believe my outer form is the reason for sudden attraction. My outer look has not changed that much that someone should notice. I'm incline to believe that women can sense the hormonal changes that long abstention brings us on some subconscious level.

    Bro, Some people say that it is because you now notice your surroundings more, that's why it kinda feels that women are drawn to you.Whats your opinion on that brother ?

    I think it is genuinely that more girls are attracted and dont think its because you notice your surroundings more

    I have always been "noticing" everything related to women. How they look and how they look.( if u know what i mean).
    It is totally different this period.
    My explanation: women are craving real men ( not nececarily sexually)
    Nofap makes u a real man. The energy you radiate changes and they will feel it instantly.

    thanks guys, that thread helped me a lot today - I wanted to 'celebrate' my 1 month without PMO watching some P, but now I just want to keep going :)

    I thought it's more about change in me too - that I notice surrounding more, but I'm not sure anymore

    Women just look at me more, even if I'm not looking - it doesn't happen very often, but there's difference between in and out of PMO for sure

    same thing with chatting and helping with small things

    even if it's not true, I'm starting to believe it is and that's enough for me - I feel much better that way, when disconnection begins to blur
