    Weekends over, some major urges but withstood it - workout, cold showers and healthy diet.
    Realised, that I still waste a lot of time, so will tighten my schedule... See you

    Made it through another day. I can't believe that I've made it this far. If I told myself a year ago that I'd be this successful, I would not have believed it. Yet, here I am, feeling freer than ever.

    Having said that it's always worthwile to identify triggers.
    Try to think about WHY you reset. Anything you did that you can avoid in the future?
    Any new habits you can implement such as more sleep, more exercise, better food, meditation, abstaining from certain social media and sites and so on.
    That could help you learn from your reset and do better next time.

    But what i mean with my last post is just to be aware that you will never ERADICATE urges. I can get them when reading a book or cooking food or any number of non-PMO related activities

    I'm not the right person to answer that.
    Only on day 20.
    My guess is the day you have zero urges is the day you have no sex drive. So hopefully always. But it gets easier.
    It's already easier now than it was the first week.
