Would you have the same side affects if you relaped from a high reboot ?

    Hey guys how are you?

    So listen one time let's just say I'm on day 14 and I relaped and now I'm back on day 0 but let's just say I was on day 50 and I relaped does that mean the same side affects would come back to me from day 0?

    So would you say you would go back to day 0 if you relaped from day 50 or more ?

    Numerically, you will go back to zero but, you still feel better cause you been on a streak on a long time and your body must have been through a lot of changes in time. The only thing you have to concern is that if you fall off a streak for instance about 90 days and you relapse and binge relapsing, practically you will start seeing yourself where you was at before you start nofap.
