Great job Spartan!

 

For me now, it’s not just about pmo, it’s about my old life. When I have the urges they often come with old ways of thinking and I have to remind myself that is the old me. So it’s not just pmo that is trying to come back to life, it’s the old me. And if I choose pmo, it’s not just fap that I’m choosing, it’s the old me. So I try to focus on that. Turn my focus away from do I want to go back to pmo and towards do I want to go back to being the kind of person I was back then. And give up the kind of person I have become.

Thank you for sharing. I find it very motivating and inspiring to read your posts. They have helped me a lot!

Do you get a lot of self hating thoughts when you start going for a long streak? I have problems with those sorts of thoughts and they seem to be a lot louder when going for a Nofap streak.

 

Yeah I get them alot I get more annoyed at how much time I've wasted but I try to stay present and do what I can today because we can't change the past but the future is in our hands
